Designed to foster and encourage connection with your baby, these gentle classes will nourish and support your body, mind and spirit as you recover from pregnancy and birth.
Gentle movements will help you to regain strength and flexibility postpartum and guided breath work and mindfulness techniques will help you cope with the intensity of the fourth trimester.
Breathe, stretch, strengthen, laugh, cry and share with other mamas in a safe and supportive environment.
This class is best suited for non mobile/crawling babes…or crawling slowly enough to catch!
Mamas should be at least 6 weeks post birth to participate.
All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience required.
